Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 can of tomatoes (pieces)
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • cumin
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the ground beef with the onions until crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Add the tomatoes and chopped bell peppers, and a little more water if desired. Simmer until the peppers are tender and season with a little ketchup (if desired). Finally, add the mushrooms. Delicious with pasta, rice, or baguette.
