  • 2 slices of farmhouse bread
  • 1 large bratwurst, Franconian
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • ½ bunch chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion. Halve the sausage and peel off the skin. Spread the sausage meat on the slices of bread and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle the onion pieces on top. Slice the hard-boiled egg and place on top. Finely chop the chives and scatter them on top.
