Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) bread(s) (rye bread)
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 150 g minced beef
  • 30 g onion(s), diced
  • 30 g cucumber(s), (pickles), diced
  • 30 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, chopped
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp cheese, grated
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spread the bread with mustard. Mix the other ingredients together well and spread the mixture on the bread, pressing it down. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the bread, mixture side down. Remove from the pan, turn over, top with tomato slices, and bake in the oven with grated cheese.
