Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 4 slices of cheese (Edam)
  • 1 onion(s), cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the cream cheese, cream, and horseradish, combine the cream cheese and horseradish. Spread the cream cheese, cream, and horseradish on toast slices, then top with smoked salmon. Then, add onion rings and top with cheese. Bake the toast slices in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
