the classic with ham and egg

Mix together the ingredients for the dressing (oil, balsamic vinegar) and season with mustard, pepper, and salt. Halve the cooked asparagus and cut into bite-sized pieces. Also finely chop the cooked ham. Dice the eggs using an egg slicer. Add everything to the dressing and mix well. The salad is delicious immediately, but can also be prepared in advance and left to marinate. As a small appetizer or as a side dish for dinner, the salad is also sufficient for larger groups. The number of people indicated here refers to a main meal, with a baguette roll served with each meal.
