One-pot tortellini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 400 g tortellini
  • 300 ml broth
  • 1 cup herb curd (paprika curd)
  • salt and pepper
  • some cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in a pan. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the onions and garlic along with the tortellini, and fry. Deglaze with the stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the quark, thicken with cornstarch if desired, and season.
