Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g gnocchi
  • 125 g diced ham
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 200 ml broth
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 large bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 4 large carrots, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • tarragon
  • nutmeg

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

easy and fast

Brown the ham cubes in a little oil in a pan. Add the vegetables and cook briefly. Deglaze everything with broth, then stir in the cream and sour cream. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven). Place the gnocchi in a baking dish and spread the sauce over it. Sprinkle the dish with cheese and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
