Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- Water
- 1 ½ tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 250 g pasta, e.g. penne
- 50 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Recipe for the Tupperware Ultra saucepans
Add the cream and tomatoes to 750 ml with water and stir vigorously. Transfer the raw pasta to a microwave-safe casserole dish, pour the tomato cream over it, season with herbs if desired, and mix with a wooden spoon (do not use metal in microwaves). Spread the cheese on top. Cook with the lid on for 12-15 minutes at 600 watts. Then let it rest in the microwave for another 5 minutes.
