Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 zucchini, cut into cubes
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 200 g herb curd
- 1 bunch of chives
- 6 tbsp cream
- 100 g cheese (grated Emmental)
- 200 g pasta (croissants)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Brown the zucchini cubes in butter in a pan. Remove from the heat and add the cottage cheese, herb curd, chives, and cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the pasta until al dente. Then fold the pasta and Emmental cheese into the mixture. Transfer everything to a buttered casserole dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
