Tuna rice, pan-fried or salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g rice
  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 package of ham, cooked
  • 250 ml yogurt – mayonnaise
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Drain the tuna and corn. Chop the cooked ham. Combine the rice, tuna, corn, cooked ham, mayonnaise, and frozen peas. Season with garlic powder, salt, mustard, parsley, and dill, and mix well again. Either heat the mixture up and serve as a warm main course or chill in the refrigerator and serve as a salad. Roughly dice the hard-boiled egg and sprinkle it on top for garnish.
