Mince sauce my way

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 cup of broth (approx. 250 ml)
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simply fast

Peel and dice the onion. Fry it with the minced meat in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Deglaze everything with the broth. Add the tomato paste. Wash and halve the tomatoes, and add them. Finally, stir in the sour cream (or sour cream if you like). Season again to taste. We’ll serve it with pasta, which is cooking in the meantime. It’s certainly not a great culinary art, but it’s quick to prepare after a long day at work and night school. Tip: You can also season it with garlic granules, or fry a fresh, finely chopped clove with the minced meat and onion.
