Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter or margarine
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder (heaped tsp)
  • n. B. Butter, cut into flakes
  • n. B. Sugar for sprinkling
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super quick and easy

Preheat oven to 200°C. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks until fluffy. Combine flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread the batter into a greased springform pan. Top with butter flakes and sprinkle with sugar. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
