  • 400 g sour cream
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 300 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 300 g spring onions
  • 250 g bacon cubes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

hot stone oven is required

Prepare the bread dough according to the package instructions. Slice the leeks into rings. Mix the white rings in a bowl with the sour cream, sour cream, and grated cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the green rings in a separate bowl; they will be used for garnishing after baking. Divide the dough into 16 pieces, each weighing 100 g. Roll the pieces out into boats and spread with the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle the bacon bits on top. Bake the boats in the oven at 350 °C for about 3 minutes. After baking, garnish the sour cream loaves with the green leeks and cut into appetizing bites. Note: If baking with a pizza peel, use semolina to help the dough slide over the peel. If the oven cannot reach 350 °C, the baking time will increase.
