Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 wild garlic leaves
- 1 can of corn
- 3 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp lemon oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drain the canned corn. Chop the tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumber, and slice the wild garlic. Mix the oil, vinegar, and spices together to make a dressing. Add the vegetables and wild garlic leaves. Mix well and season to taste. Let stand for about 1 hour.
