Radish – cress – lettuce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 2 boxes of cress
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and wash the radishes and slice them very thinly. Cut one radish lengthwise and crosswise and place it in cold water to allow the flower to open. Trim the cress and arrange it in a bowl with the radish slices. Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar together to make the marinade and pour over the salad. Place the radish flower in the center as a garnish.
