Basil and rocket salad with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 225 g arugula, tender
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 g Pecorino
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 50 g liquid honey
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roughly chop the arugula and basil. Quarter the strawberries and grate the pecorino. Arrange the lettuce, basil, and strawberries on appetizer plates according to taste. Mix the liquid ingredients into a vinaigrette, season, and drizzle over the salad. Finally, sprinkle the pecorino and pine nuts on top and serve.
