Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente. Clean and slice the mushrooms, peel and dice the onion. Fry the onions in a little hot oil, add the mushrooms, and cook everything for about 10 minutes. Add the entire brunch packet to the pan with the mushrooms and let it melt slowly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Cut the chicken into small slices and fry on one side in hot oil, then turn and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry. Turn again and season the other side. Let it simmer briefly over low heat. Divide the drained noodles between 2 plates and top each with mushroom sauce and meat. It’s also delicious without meat.
