Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g spelt flour
- 350 g spelt meal
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 1 pack of yeast
- 500 ml water, lukewarm

Combine water, yeast, low-fat quark, and sugar, then sift in the flour and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything well. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Pour into a greased loaf pan and immediately bake in a cold oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. You can, of course, add seeds to the bread if desired. I’ve also baked it as a baguette or roll.
