Beetroot noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 beetroots
  • 250 ml cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

ideal for children, very good for digestion

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Drain well through a sieve. Peel and grate the beetroot. Add it to a saucepan and simmer with the cream for about 5 minutes. Mix with the pasta and season to taste (I always use broth, which is enough for my son). Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
