Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 broccoli
  • 1 can of corn
  • 5 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of salad seasoning mix (dill)
  • Sour cream
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with corn and pickles

Briefly place the broccoli in a bowl of water and rinse lightly. Then separate the florets and place them in a salad bowl (I chop the stems, freeze them, and use them later in vegetable stews). Quarter the gherkins lengthwise and thinly slice them. Drain the corn. Peel and finely dice the onion. Add everything to the broccoli in the bowl. Finally, make a dressing from the spice mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise and mix it with the salad. Let it sit for a while before serving.
