Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • bunch of chives
  • e.g. parsley or thyme or herbs of your choice, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly lemon pepper

Mix the crème fraîche and mascarpone thoroughly. Since the mascarpone is a bit thicker, stir vigorously – the consistency should be creamy. Now, use scissors to cut the chives into the mixture. Chop all the herbs and add them to the mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper (and lemon pepper if desired). To achieve the perfect flavor, cover the dip and refrigerate it for about half an hour before serving. This dish goes wonderfully with raw vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, kohlrabi, etc. – all cut into sticks.
