Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 jar applesauce
- n. B. almond flakes
- Cocoa powder
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. margarine or butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
from the mother of a former classmate.
Mix the mascarpone with the quark. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Caramelize the almonds with a little sugar in the margarine or butter. Layer everything in a bowl or jar. First add the applesauce, then the almonds, then the cream, and then the same again. Sift the cocoa powder over the mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and then serve.
