Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 packs of raspberries (approx. 250 g)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 25 ml syrup (raspberry)

Purée some of the raspberries (approx. 75 g) with a hand blender. Then combine the low-fat quark with the raspberry puree, raspberry syrup, and sugar until smooth. Finally, fold in the whole raspberries and garnish with 1-2 raspberries to serve.
