Tastes incredibly delicious and is a favorite at every party
Mix the flour, water, yeast, and powdered sugar in a bowl and knead by hand for about 10 minutes until you have a smooth dough. Place the dough in the bowl and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil, rubbing it all in. Then set it in a warm place for an hour to rise. Add the sea salt, knead again, and let it rise for another hour. In the meantime, mix the olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and pizza seasoning in a blender until finely ground to create an oily marinade. Preheat the oven to 220°C (180°C fan-assisted). Roll out the dough like pizza dough and roll it up again into a sausage shape. Cut the dough into the desired size for the pizza rolls and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread the marinade over the dough pieces and bake for 10-15 minutes. An aioli dip is delicious with this. Roll up spinach, tuna, cheese, corn, etc., and then slice. Then they become pizza rolls with filling.
