Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour (type 1050)
- 150 g wheat, finely ground
- 40 g yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg(s)
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 80 g butter
- 250 ml milk
- 1 bunch of mixed herbs
- 1 egg yolk
- Butter for greasing
Instructions

makes 12 rolls
Sift flour into a bowl. Mix yeast with sugar and 2 tablespoons of lukewarm milk in a cup and add to the flour. Mix with a little bran, cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash the herbs, dry them with kitchen paper and chop them finely. Add salt and the egg to the dough and knead into a dough with the remaining milk. Sprinkle with pepper and knead in the melted butter. Finally, add the herbs and beat the dough until bubbles appear. Cover and let rise for another 20 minutes and knead thoroughly. Grease a baking tray, shape the dough into small rolls and place them on the tray. Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
