Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark, low-fat
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes 10 croissants

Using a dough hook, mix the quark, milk, oil, and salt until smooth. Knead in the flour and baking powder. Roll out the dough. The dough should be approximately 50 cm in diameter. Cut into 10-12 (pie) slices. Mix the sour cream, onion, diced ham, and Gouda cheese in a bowl and spread among the pie slices. Roll into croissants. Place on a baking sheet and brush with canned milk or egg. Bake at 170°C (fan oven) for approximately 20 minutes.
