Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper, coarsely ground
  • 6 Nuremberg bratwursts

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente according to the package instructions. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and finely chopped chives, season with salt, and pepper generously. Cut the sausages into small slices and fry them in a pan on both sides. Add the cooked pasta to the sausages in the pan, pour the egg and chive mixture over them, and cook until cooked through, turning frequently.
