Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark, 40%
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 4 Pepper
  • 1 handful of mushrooms (jar)
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 slices of salami
  • 1 pack of grated cheese (e.g. Gouda, Emmental, etc.), approx. 150 g
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix together the quark, oil, milk, and spices. Finely chop the salami, ham, mushrooms, and pepperoni and fold in with the cheese. Finally, fold in the flour and baking powder, form the dough into small balls, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 160°C (convection oven) for 40 minutes. This dough yields approximately 30 pizza balls.
