Savoy cabbage with walnuts and cranberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g savoy cabbage
  • 100 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp cranberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the savoy cabbage into thin strips and remove any tough, white stems. Mix the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, pepper, and cream together to make a dressing and pour it over the cabbage. Add the walnuts and cranberries and stir.
