Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 5 beetroot tubers, pre-cooked and vacuum-packed
- 1 package of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
- 2 apples
- 1 bag of salad mix of your choice or arugula (approx. 150 – 200 g)
- 5 tbsp safflower oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Honey
Instructions

Chop all salad ingredients and combine them in a bowl. Mix together a dressing from safflower oil, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Season with mustard, salt, pepper, and honey, pour over the salad, and toss to combine.
