Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 5 beetroot tubers, pre-cooked and vacuum-packed
  • 1 package of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 2 apples
  • 1 bag of salad mix of your choice or arugula (approx. 150 – 200 g)
  • 5 tbsp safflower oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop all salad ingredients and combine them in a bowl. Mix together a dressing from safflower oil, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Season with mustard, salt, pepper, and honey, pour over the salad, and toss to combine.
