Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 2 cans of natural giant beans, each weighing approx. 280 g
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bunch parsley, fresh
- 2 tbsp organic olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp capers
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Light and fresh with Mediterranean flavors
Drain the tuna and giant beans and rinse the beans. Finely chop the onion and parsley. Dice the bell pepper. Place the tuna, giant beans, onion, bell pepper, parsley, and capers in a bowl. Pour over the olive oil and white wine vinegar, mix everything together, and season well with salt and pepper.
