Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 1 can beans, thick white (approx. 400g)
- 1 stalk(s) Celery
- 1 bell pepper(s), (1/2 red + 1/2 yellow)
- 1 onion(s), red
- ½ bunch parsley, flat
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- lemon(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain some of the tuna oil. Rinse and drain the beans. Thinly slice the celery. Finely dice the bell pepper. Gently mix the above ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon zest. Garnish with thinly sliced onion and chopped parsley.
