Peach soup with bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g fat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g onion(s), finely chopped
  • 200 g bacon, chopped
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 2 tsp broth, instant
  • 2 dl water
  • 1 package of tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 large can of peach(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

super tasty and easy

Brown the bacon, onions, and garlic in the fat until well browned. Then add everything except the peaches and simmer for 15 minutes. Then puree half of the peaches and add them. Chop the other half and add them last. Season with salt and pepper. I always add a dash of the peach juice from the can.
