Fruity curry cream soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g pork fillet(s)
  • 4 onions
  • 4 apples
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1.2 liters of vegetable broth
  • 5 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 4 tbsp sour cream or sour cream
  • 4 tbsp raisins
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • curry powder
  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the pork fillet, onions, and apples and fry in heated oil. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir the sour cream and raisins into the soup. Season to taste with salt, paprika, and curry powder, and stir in the banana slices. Ladle the soup into warmed bowls and serve garnished with parsley.
