Potato-tomato-mozzarella-chicken-garlic sausage-cheese towers

Place 4 thick potato slices from the previously peeled potatoes in the greased baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Place 4 tomato slices from the previously peeled tomatoes on top, then season with salt and pepper. The rest of the tomatoes will go on the plate later as decoration. Arrange 4 mozzarella slices on the tomatoes and season with a little pepper. Place 4 slices of sausage on top. Finally, arrange the cheese slices on the sausage and place on the second rack from the bottom of the preheated oven. Cook at 200°C (fan oven) for 15 minutes and finally grill for another 5 minutes. The 4 towers look like a lot for one person (I ate it in two batches with a break in between). But: The meal consists of only 1 potato, 2 tomatoes, 1 ball of mozzarella, 4 slices of sausage, and a few slices of cheese. So don’t worry, it won’t sit heavy on your stomach.
