Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 tomato peppers
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 3 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 figs
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Butter, for frying
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the tomatoes, peppers, and cooked ham. Sauté the sliced potatoes and onions and mix with the figs. Place the mixture in a small, well-greased pan, heat until hot, then pour the beaten eggs over it and cook, ideally in the oven with top heat.
