  • 6 tomato peppers
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 figs
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • Butter, for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Dice the tomatoes, peppers, and cooked ham. Sauté the sliced ​​potatoes and onions and mix with the figs. Place the mixture in a small, well-greased pan, heat until hot, then pour the beaten eggs over it and cook, ideally in the oven with top heat.
