Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kale
  • Salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 caraway powder
  • 2 tsp marjoram, shredded
  • 2 tbsp soup powder
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 pairs of sausages, frankfurters
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the cabbage and cut into strips, removing the stalk. Boil in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes. Season the soup with pepper, caraway, marjoram, and 2 tablespoons of soup powder. Add the peeled and diced potatoes and the sliced ​​frankfurters to the soup and simmer for another 10 minutes. Prepare a roux with butter, flour, garlic, and paprika. Add it to the soup and bring to a boil briefly.
