- 1 serving of cream cheese
- 1 portion of leek, cut into rings
- 300 ml vegetable stock

Set aside a small portion of the leek. Cook the remaining leek in the vegetable broth. After 5 minutes of cooking, stir in the cream cheese and blend everything. Then add the remaining leek and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. Toasted whole-grain rye bread goes well with this dish.
