Gratinated cream cheese with Gouda and ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g herb cream cheese
  • 80 g butter
  • 200 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 300 g Gouda, grated
  • 1 bunch of herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Quick to prepare and incredibly delicious!

Chop the herbs, melt the butter, and combine both ingredients with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into small gratin dishes. Finely chop the cooked ham and sprinkle it with the Gouda cheese over the cream cheese. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
