Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 ciabatta for baking
- 10 small slices of salami
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 3 mushrooms
- 2 gherkins
- 100 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda or Emmental
- Remoulade
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the ciabatta bread lengthwise and open it. Slice the mushrooms and gherkins. Spread a little remoulade on the underside of the bread. Distribute the salami slices evenly on top, then place the mushroom slices on top. Arrange the cooked ham on top and spread a little remoulade on top. Spread the gherkins and grated cheese evenly on top. Fold the top half of the bread back over and place the whole thing in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. Make sure the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts nicely.
