Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g mayonnaise
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
- 1 tsp salt
- 500g spaghetti

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the milk, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, Chinese seasoning, and salt. Then wash and peel the vegetables. Dice the red and yellow bell peppers, leek, and onion and add them to the sauce. Then simply add the cooked spaghetti and let it simmer for a while until ready to serve.
