Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirelli or farfalle)
  • 3 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 cl soy sauce
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 class jar of mango chutney, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain and let cool. In the meantime, clean the bell peppers and cut into small cubes. Clean the leek and cut into thin rings. Once the pasta has cooled, add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Finally, add the mayonnaise, if desired.
