Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g poultry sausages (poultry wiener or meat sausage)
- 30 g gherkins or gherkins
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 25 g cocktail sauce, preferably homemade
Instructions

My dad always made this cocktail for me as a child, whenever the grown-ups had prawn cocktail as an appetizer. I didn’t like it back then! Dice the sausage and gherkins and mix well with the cocktail sauce. Dice the egg and carefully fold it in. I often make this cocktail for lunch to take to work and eat it with toast or a roll.
