Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Leberkäse, diced
  • 1 onion(s), red / cut into strips
  • 150 g gherkins, sliced
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled/quartered
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • curry
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Thoroughly mix the meatloaf, onion, gherkins, and eggs in a bowl. Stir in the sour cream and mayonnaise, season with salt, curry, cayenne pepper, and sugar, and pour over the meat. Let it sit for 40 minutes.
