Salad with chorizo

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 25 thin chorizo, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp salad herbs
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First prepare the dressing. To do this, put the 3 tablespoons of oil in a salad bowl, add the 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar and the 0.5 tablespoons of sugar. If desired, you can add 1/2 teaspoon of salad herbs and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then rinse and let cool. While the eggs are cooking, wash the lettuce and cut into small strips. Add the lettuce strips to the bowl. Now cut the 3 tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. Peel and slice the eggs and add them to the salad. Cut the onion into strips and add them along with the chorizo ​​strips. Now mix all the ingredients together. Plate the salad and serve.
