Salad Neptune

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g lettuce
  • 50 g smoked fish
  • 3 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp cream or cremefine
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs (frozen)
  • 1 cm horseradish from the tube
  • possibly garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Leaf salad with smoked fish

Wash and trim the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and arrange them on a plate. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on the salad. Mix the dressing ingredients together and spoon over the salad just before serving. I always put the dressing in a separate container because I take the salad to work and then pour it on the salad just before eating. This goes well with flatbread, baguette, or even toast.
