Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 125 g rice (long grain)
  • 125 g Miracle Whip
  • 125 g sausage (ham sausage) or cooked ham, diced
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 1 class can/n tangerine(s), chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or Maggi
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool. Combine the other ingredients in a bowl and stir in the cooled rice. Let it sit for about 3 hours before serving.
