Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 300 g broccoli
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pack of hollandaise sauce (250ml)
- 5 tbsp milk
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Blanch the peeled potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes, drain. Blanch the sliced carrots in salted water for 5 minutes, then add the trimmed broccoli after 2 minutes. Rinse everything. Season with salt and pepper. Sear the meat in oil for 1 minute on each side, then slice. Layer the potatoes, vegetables, and meat in a dish. Mix the sauce, milk, and Parmesan cheese together and pour over the meat. Bake at 200°C on the second shelf from the bottom for 25 minutes. Gas mark 3, fan oven 175°C.
