Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 5 g yeast, fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 225 g water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, then add the olive oil. It’s best to put the flour in a food processor and add the liquid. Knead everything for about 5 minutes on speed 3. Now let the dough rest and rise. Afterward, it should feel very soft and not stick to your hands. The small amount of yeast is due to the fact that pizza dough rises very easily. Besides, yeast kills the flavor. As little as possible, as much as necessary.
