Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 onions, red
  • e.g. mayonnaise
  • 2 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
  • n. B. Chives, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 28 minutes

simple and uncomplicated

Place the tuna in a large bowl. Peel the two onions and chop them into small pieces. Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and chop them into small pieces. Trim the spring onions and slice them into small rings. Chop the chives. Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise as needed until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving and let it marinate. Tip: If you like it a little spicier, you can add paprika to the salad.
